SQUEEZE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") for ensuring the safe use of the tower eleven onsen & sauna (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility") operated by the Company.

General Provisions for the Facility

Article 1
(Use of the Facility)

In the following cases, the use of the Facility (including reservations) will be refused. Additionally, if such circumstances are discovered after a reservation has been made, the reservation will be canceled:

  1. 1 When customers fall under any of the following reasons:
    1. 1.1 Members of organized crime groups (gangs), gang members, affiliated companies or organizations of organized crime groups, or their associates, and other anti-social forces.
    2. 1.2 Corporations or other organizations where organized crime groups or gang members dominate business activities.
    3. 1.3 When officers of a corporation include individuals who are gang members.
  2. 2 When customers engage in intimidating behavior such as violence, threats, extortion, etc., towards the Company or its employees, or demand burdens beyond a reasonable scope, or when it is recognized that such behavior has been previously conducted at the Facility or other establishments.
  3. 3 When customers are likely to cause inconvenience to other customers or engage in behavior that causes inconvenience.
  4. 4 When customers are clearly suffering from infectious diseases or are at risk of contracting diseases through infection.
  5. 5 When the reservation details differ from those provided at the time of application, or when an obviously false application is made.
  6. 6 When there is a violation of these Terms (including cases where the Company determines there is a risk of violation).
  7. 7 When there is no availability due to full capacity or entry restrictions (except in cases of existing reservations).
  8. 8 When it is impossible to use the Facility due to natural disasters, Facility malfunctions, or other unavoidable reasons.
  9. 9 In cases where circumstances similar to the above occur.

Article 2
(Prohibited Items and Actions)

The following items and actions are prohibited:

  1. 1 Bringing in dogs, cats, birds, or other pets or livestock (except for assistance dogs).
  2. 2 Bringing in flammable or inflammable items, dangerous goods, etc.
  3. 3 Bringing in firearms, swords, etc.
  4. 4 Bringing in items that produce foul odors.
  5. 5 Entry of vehicles excluding baby strollers, wheelchairs, walking aids, etc. (including shoes with rollers, kick scooters, rollerblades, etc.).
  6. 6 Distributing flyers, holding meetings, or making speeches in the Facility without permission.
  7. 7 Selling and displaying items without permission in the Facility.
  8. 8 Commercial photography without permission in the Facility, and photographing other customers and Company staff without permission.
  9. 9 Smoking in places other than those designated by the Facility.
  10. 10 Engaging in acts that disrupt public morals or cause inconvenience to other customers.
  11. 11 Moving fixtures or equipment within the Facility. Acts prohibited by laws and regulations.
  12. 12 Acts that infringe upon the property or privacy of the Facility or third parties, or acts that may infringe upon them.
  13. 13 Any other acts deemed by Company staff to be obstructive to the operation of the Facility or related facilities, in addition to acts similar to those mentioned above.

Article 3
(Use of the Facility's Parking Lot)

  1. 1 Please follow the guidance and instructions of the attendants within the parking lot premises.
  2. 2 Please do not leave valuables or other items inside the parked vehicles. The Facility cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, etc., that may occur during parking.
  3. 3 The Facility does not provide vehicle relocation services by Company staff.

Article 4
(Use of Internet Communication)

  1. 1 Regarding the use of internet communication, it is the customer's responsibility to prepare, connect, and configure necessary communication devices, software, and other associated equipment. Therefore, any advice provided by Facility staff regarding the use of such services is at the customer's own risk, and the Facility shall not be held liable.
  2. 2 Sending and receiving emails via the internet connection may not be available depending on the customer's contracted provider.
  3. 3 The use of internet communication from the Facility is at the customer's own risk. Except in cases where the Facility is at fault, the Facility shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by the customer through the use of internet communication. It is recommended that customers take security measures such as virus protection and unauthorized access prevention on their terminals before use.
  4. 4 While we take precautions in managing internet communication facilities, in the event of abnormalities, malfunctions, or obstacles, the Facility will endeavor to restore services promptly. However, beyond this effort, the Facility shall not assume further liability. Therefore, please exercise caution regarding potential data loss or communication interruptions.
  5. 5 The following actions are prohibited during the use of internet communication. In the event of a violation, the usage may be suspended, and the customer will be liable for damages incurred by the Facility or third parties:
    1. 5.1 Infringement upon the intellectual property rights of third parties or the Facility.
    2. 5.2 Infringement upon the property, privacy, or portrait rights of third parties or the Facility.
    3. 5.3 Sending or receiving large amounts of data that disrupt other communications or hinder the operation of equipment managed by the Facility or third parties.
    4. 5.4 Sending unsolicited advertising or solicitation emails to third parties without permission or sending emails that recipients find objectionable or may find objectionable (harassment emails).
    5. 5.5 Using or providing harmful programs such as computer viruses, or supporting, promoting, or endorsing such programs.
    6. 5.6 Acts that violate laws or public order and morals, or acts that disadvantage third parties or the Facility.
    7. 5.7 Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Facility.

Article 5
(Compensation)

  1. 1 In the event that a customer damages, soils, or breaks floors, walls, ceilings, fixtures, etc., while using the Facility, the customer shall compensate the Facility according to the extent of the damage.
  2. 2 If a customer's clothing is soiled or if injury or damage occurs due to negligence on the part of the Facility, compensation for laundry expenses or damage will be provided according to the extent of the damage. However, compensation will only be provided if the situation is reported immediately on-site.

Article 6
(Amendment of these Terms)

  1. 1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at its discretion.
  2. 2 In the event of amendments to these Terms, the Company will specify the effective date of the amendments and will notify customers of the changes and the effective date via posting on the Company's website or other appropriate means.
  3. 3 Amendments to these Terms due to legal reasons or amendments for which customer consent is required will take effect immediately.
  4. 4 Customers who do not agree to the amended Terms are requested to cease using the Facility.

Article 7
(Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. 1 The interpretation and effectiveness of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
  2. 2 In the event of any disputes arising between customers and the Company regarding these Terms, both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

Article 8
(Valuables, Stored Items, Lost and Found)

  1. 1 We do not accept valuables such as art objects, antiques, furs, etc., for storage.
  2. 2 The Facility shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to items stored in lockers.
  3. 3 At the front counter, we do not accept cash, valuables, securities, perishable or fragile items for safekeeping. In the event of loss, theft, or deterioration of such items at the specified locations, the Facility shall not be held responsible.
  4. 4 The storage period for stored items and lost property is as follows, unless otherwise specified. Items left beyond the storage period will be disposed of as items with no intention of retrieval. The Facility shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from such disposal.

Article 9
(Cancellation Fee for Reservations)

  1. Changes or cancellations to ticket reservations after application will not be accepted.

Onsen and sauna bathing facility

Article 10
(Prohibited Activities at tower eleven onsen & sauna)

When using the tower eleven onsen & sauna bathing facility within the Facility (hereinafter referred to as the "bathing facility"), the following items are prohibited, so please refrain from doing so:

  1. 1 Use by individuals who are intoxicated, have skin diseases or infectious diseases, are unwell, menstruating, etc. (If discovered after entry, please leave the premises immediately. No refunds or compensation will be provided).
  2. 2 Use accompanied by pets.
  3. 3 Use by children who are not yet toilet trained.
  4. 4 Mixed-gender bathing (except in designated swimsuit zones, excluding preschool children).
  5. 5 Use by children under elementary school age without the company of a guardian.
  6. 6 Use of sauna facilities by children under elementary school age.
  7. 7 Photography with cameras or mobile phones in areas such as changing rooms or bathing areas where such activity is not permitted by the Facility.
  8. 8 Usage by individuals with tattoos or tattoos that give an intimidating impression, or by groups of individuals with tattoos or tattoos (Usage may be discontinued at the discretion of the Facility or upon notification from surrounding individuals).
  9. 9 Any other actions similar to the above items.

Article 11
(Precautions for Using tower eleven onsen & sauna)

  1. 1 Please adhere to the usage manners posted by the Facility and those established by the Facility within the bathing facility.
  2. 2 Users of the Facility are deemed to have agreed to the terms of use for watching Japan Baseball Organization games and the precautions for using Escon Field Hokkaido (Game Watching Agreement: https://www.fighters.co.jp/gamelive/agreement/, Other Notices: https://www.fighters.co.jp/ticket/2023/esconfield/notice/).
  3. 3 Please keep an eye on your children at all times.
  4. 4 Please manage your valuables during your stay. We do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen valuables, so please understand.
  5. 5 In case of damage to or loss of locker keys, a fee of ¥5,000 (excluding tax) will be charged.
  6. 6 The storage period for stored items and lost property in the bathing facility is one week.
  7. 7 Please use the hot springs and sauna before and after consuming alcohol with consideration for your physical condition. We do not take any responsibility for physical discomfort caused by excessive drinking or eating, so please understand.
  8. 8 The Facility operates even on days of baseball practice or games, and there may be a possibility of balls flying into the Facility, such as in the Totonoe Terrace area. While we provide first aid for injuries caused by flying balls or bats within the Facility, except in cases where the organizer or stadium manager is at fault, we do not take responsibility thereafter. Please be vigilant of flying balls during practice, games, and before and after. Particularly, please be cautious during bathing, breaks, relaxation, smartphone or camera usage, eating and drinking, and when accompanied by children.
  9. 9 Use of mobile phones and devices with cameras is prohibited in changing rooms to prevent voyeurism.
  10. 10 Please refrain from wearing swimsuits with metal parts, glasses, wristwatches, accessories, etc., as they may cause burns.
  11. 11 During activities such as baseball practice where professional baseball teams conduct highly confidential activities on the field, we may be asked by the organizers to block windows that provide a view of the field. Please be aware of this in advance.

Bar zone

Article 12
(Prohibited Activities in the tower eleven onsen & sauna Bar Zone)

When using the tower eleven onsen & sauna bar zone within the Facility (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "eating and drinking zone"), the following items are prohibited, so please refrain from doing so:

  1. 1 Bringing in food and beverages (except with permission from the Facility).
  2. 2 Taking out food items other than takeaway products.
  3. 3 Prolonged use of mobile phones, etc., for calls.
  4. 4 Alcohol consumption by individuals under 20 years of age or those driving (we may confirm your age, etc., when ordering).
  5. 5 Any other actions similar to the above items.

Article 13
(Disclaimer)

The Facility shall be exempt from its obligations if any of the following apply:

  1. 1 Damage suffered by customers due to food allergies, religious dietary restrictions, etc., without prior notice and arising from products provided by the restaurant.
  2. 2 Changes in menu items or utensils due to seasonal, weather, procurement, etc., factors.
  3. 3 Theft or loss of customers' belongings.
  4. 4 Physical discomfort due to alcohol consumption.
  5. 5 Disclaimer clauses stated in the game watching agreement.

Supplementary Provisions (Infection Prevention Measures)

  1. 1. The use of the Facility is refused for individuals with the following symptoms:

    1. (1) Those who have had close contact with a person confirmed to have an infectious disease.
    2. (2) Those who have household members or close acquaintances suspected of infection.
    3. (3) Those who have traveled to countries or regions subject to entry restrictions or post-entry observation periods by the government in the past 14 days, as well as those who have had close contact with residents of such areas.
    4. (4) Those experiencing chills, fever (37.0°C or higher), cough, runny nose, fatigue, headache, abnormal taste or smell, diarrhea, or muscle pain.
    5. (5) Elderly individuals or those with underlying conditions that may lead to severe illness if infected are requested to carefully assess and use the Facility with sufficient caution.
  2. 2. Request for cooperation when using the Facility:

    1. (1) We request cooperation in wearing masks, disinfecting hands, and practicing cough etiquette.
    2. (2) Temperature checks with non-contact thermometers by staff may be conducted upon reception.
    3. (3) We may refrain from allowing individuals with a temperature of 37°C or higher or those with symptoms of a cold from using the Facility.
    4. (4) The number of people entering the Facility may be restricted.
    5. (5) Please refrain from excessive drinking or prolonged dining with large groups and enjoy responsibly.
    6. (6) In cases where customers do not understand the above requests, staff may approach them. We ask for your cooperation in ensuring the safety of all customers.
